1. About GameShape

GameShape is a sports coaching platform, based in the United Kingdom.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms.


2. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Keep your login details secure

  • Be responsible for activity under your account

You can delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.


3. User Content

You can create and upload content including:

  • Coaching drills and sessions

  • Comments and Likes

  • Team squads and formations (with player initials only)

You retain ownership of your content.

However, by posting content on GameShape, you grant us a world-wide, royalty free licence to:

  • Store

  • Display

  • Share (including on the public “Touchline” feed)

Where content is shared publicly, you also grant other users permission to:

  • View your content

  • Copy or save drills

  • Adapt, build upon, or reuse drills for their own coaching purposes

You acknowledge that once content is shared publicly, it may continue to be used by others even if you later delete it.


4. Public Content (“Touchline”)

Content shared to the “Touchline” feed is publicly visible.

By posting to this area, you understand that:

  • Anyone can view your content

  • Other users can interact with it (including liking, commenting, sharing, and saving)

  • GameShape does not vet this content for safety. Coaches use these drills at own risk and must adapt them to the age and skill level of their players

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post or share content that:

  • Is abusive, offensive, or unlawful

  • Infringes someone else’s rights

  • Contains personal data of others without permission

  • Is spam, misleading, or harmful

  • Promotes dangerous physical activities, unsafe training environments, or inappropriate drills for children.

We reserve the right to remove content and/or suspend accounts at our discretion. 


6. AI-Generated Content (Bootroom)

GameShape may provide AI tools to generate coaching drills.

These are provided for guidance only.
We do not guarantee accuracy, safety, or suitability.

You are responsible for reviewing and using any generated content.


7. Data & Privacy

Your use of GameShape is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You have the right to:

  • Access your data

  • Download your data

  • Delete your Data
  • Delete your account


8. Availability

We aim to keep GameShape available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may modify, suspend, or remove features at any time.


9. Liability

GameShape is provided “as is”.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any injuries sustained as a result of following any drills or sessions available on GameShape
  • Any loss resulting from use of the platform

  • User-generated content including defamatory or offensive remarks left by users

  • Reliance on coaching drills or AI-generated content


10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GameShape means you accept any updates.


11. Future Features and Monetisation

GameShape is currently free to use, but we may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or advertising in the future.

We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
