3. How We Use Your Data

  • Create and manage your account

  • Allow you to create and save coaching drills

  • Enable sharing of content on the public “Touchline” feed

  • Respond to enquiries submitted via contact forms

  • Improve our services

If you choose to opt in, GameShape may occasionally send emails about:

  • Product updates
  • New features
  • Coaching resources

5. User-Generated Content

Content you choose to share on the “Touchline” feed becomes publicly visible. This content can be used by other coaches in Gameshape
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

You must not add data such as names or private details of children under 13 that you coach. Matchday allows for initials of players only.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Bootroom feature allows users to generate coaching drills using AI.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data with:

  • Hosting providers

  • WordPress plugin providers (e.g. Ultimate Member)

  • Analytics providers (if used)

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
You may:

  • Delete your account

  • Request a copy of your data

You have the right to:

  • Access your data

  • Correct your data

  • Delete your data

  • Restrict or object to processing

  • Request data portability
